APSC to conduct Combined Competitive Examination 2014

Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Competitive Examination, 2014. The examination is used to screen candidates for the Main Examination for recruitment to various posts. The last date to apply for the exam is May 10, 2014.

Pay: Rs 8000-35000+Grade Pay 4300

Eligibility criteria:
The applicant should be a graduate from a recognized university. Also the applicants should be between 21-38 years of age as on 1 January 2014. Relaxation in age is applicable as per government rules.
Application fee:
The applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs 50/- [Rs 25/- for SC/ST (P)/ST (H)] through e-Challan with State Bank of India.
